Yes. During shipping, products may be damaged due to mishandling by the courier. Therefore, when receiving the shipment, you should check the package for any signs of crushing, tearing, or wetness. If you notice such issues, do not accept the package and ask the courier to prepare a report.

The courier came but I wasn’t home. How can I retrieve the product?
If you are not present at the delivery address, the courier will deliver the product to the nearest branch to your location. It will be held at the branch for 3 days. You can collect the product from the branch by presenting your ID number. If the product is not collected within 3 days, it will be returned to our company.

How long does it take for a refund if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order or return a product, your money will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the product reaches us.

Within how many days can I return the product I purchased?
You can return the product within 14 days after it is delivered to you.

What should I do if the product I received is defective?
If you send the product to us within the return period (14 days), we will process the return and issue a refund. If the same product is available in our stock, you will be informed so that you can place a new order.
