RETURN CONDITIONS
Products to be returned must be sent back with their tags intact and hygiene seals unbroken, in the transparent protective packaging and original box/package as received. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
Please open and inspect any packages you suspect to be damaged during shipment in front of the delivery personnel.
Note: Products with no damage report will not be accepted for return.
Returns must include the original invoice. Products that have lost their resale value or cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted for return, and no refunds will be issued for such items.
Approved returns will be refunded as quickly as possible.
