CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL

  1. By placing an electronic order on this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Agreements Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
  3. Shipping costs for product delivery shall be borne by buyers.
  4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or entity at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, not exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the agreement.
  5. If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer within 3 days from when this situation is identified. The total payment must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
  6. If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels payment through bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
  7. If the buyer's credit card payment is unlawfully used by unauthorized persons after product delivery, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product fee to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs to be covered by the seller.
  8. If a force majeure event occurs that the seller could not foresee, preventing timely delivery of the product, the seller will notify the buyer of the situation. The buyer may request order cancellation, replacement of the product with a similar item, or postponement of delivery until the impediment is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation.
  9. Before accepting the delivery of the goods/services under the agreement, the buyer shall inspect the item and must protect the goods/services once delivered in case they are classified as torn, stained, damaged, or faulty. The product must be returned along with the invoice.
  10. Buyers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or the designated person/entity at the indicated address, provided they notify the seller through the contact information below. This right may be exercised without providing any justification and without bearing any legal or penal responsibility.

Note: For return and exchange requests, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products to be returned must be sent back with their tags intact and hygiene seals unbroken, in the transparent protective packaging and original box/package as received. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered.

Please open and inspect any packages you suspect to be damaged during shipment in front of the delivery personnel.

Note: Products with no damage report will not be accepted for return.

Returns must include the original invoice. Products that have lost their resale value or cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted for return, and no refunds will be issued for such items.

Approved returns will be refunded as quickly as possible.
